In case you weren’t aware, this week is Couponing For Community Week, and it runs thru Saturday (5/14)! Today is day #2! This is a nationwide event that utilizes the power of couponing and social media to make an impact for those in need. I’ve been gathering items from my modest stockpile to give away this week, and ran a couple of extra store runs over the weekend to get even more items. All together I was able to gather 125 items (seen below):
Please join me in using your couponing skills to give to a local homeless shelter, food pantry, or maybe even a friend (or two) who needs some help. With the rash of natural disasters, and those who are unfortunately unemployed, it shouldn’t be too hard to find a charity and donate some items.
