Good morning! If you’re reading this, then you know that my site is not going ‘Black’ during today’s SOPA & PIPA protest. What is SOPA & PIPA you ask? Basically it’s an EXTREME form of internet censorship.
What would you do if you woke up one morning and couldn’t find your favorite coupon blogs? Think I’m making this up? This could happen if the bill passes! All is takes is one company claiming a site is infringing on their copyright, and it will be shutdown…no questions asked. Imagine no Facebook, Youtube, and so on.
CCD is a very small site, so no one cares if I go dark. However, since it’s an election year, your voice and votes COUNT! Please help CCD and other deal sites stay online by telling your elected officials to vote NO on SOPA & PIPA! Here are a couple of links to help you make your voice heard:
