The official Walgreens coupon policy is to adjust the coupon down by a $0.01. If you have a problem, show the coupon policy to the manager. If that doesn’t work, I personally would call corporate. What is the point of having a policy if no one honors it?! How would people react if one day they walked into their local Walgreens and were told that they no longer could return items because the manager decided to create his or her own return policy? Probably wouldn’t go over well!
