  • We do not accept photocopies of coupons. Coupons must be intact and not altered or modified in any way.
  • Coupons can only be used in stores, must be presented at time of purchase, and cannot be redeemed for cash at a later time.
  • Item purchased must match the coupon description (brand, size, quantity, color, etc.) and be presented prior to the expiration date printed on the coupon.
  • We accept only one (1) Manufacturer Coupon per single item purchased.
  • We accept coupons for over a dollar on a single item, but the coupon value will be reduced to the purchase price of the item.
  • We cannot give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase price of the item.
  • We accept coupons for over a dollar on multiple items if the coupon amount does not exceed the combined retail price of the items indicated.
  • We accept up to four (4) like coupons per household per day.
  • Coupons for free items are only accepted if a purchase is required to get one free (for example, Buy One Get One Free offers).
  • Any applicable sales tax must be paid by consumer.
  • We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit the use of any coupon.
  • This policy is subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations where applicable.

Hi, I have a question about Q’s at Dollar Tree. I went to use a coupon the other day there for $1/2 Farmer John Pork Sausage. Thecoupon stated that it was good on “Any Farmer John Pork Sausages Product(s).” On the coupon was a picture of the roll of sausage not the links. But since the coupon stated good on any, I bought 1 roll and 1 link. When I presented my coupon the manager would not accept the link sausages because under the details to consumer it says: “Limit 1 coupon per purchase of specified product(s).” The manager said that clause per Dollar Tree coupon policy meant that you can only purchase what is pictured on the coupon and that’s it. I thought it meant you could only use the coupon on the specified products as long as it was any farmer john pork sausage product. Please help! I need to know if I should complain or not. Thanks!

Hi Amanda. I believe the manager is in error, as the coupon states ANY Farmer John Pork Sausage Product. Walmart tries to pull the same thing that the item purchased has to match the picture on the coupon. With all these ANY coupons, the manufacturer would have to put all their products on a coupon, which would NEVER happen.

I would contact their Customer Service dept. about the issue. Let me know what happens! :-)

  2. Brenda A says:

If a coupon is for $2 off an item isn’t it unfair that Dollar Tree gets the 2 dollars back but I only get $1 use of the coupon. Does that make sense?

  3. are u allowed to purchase more than 4 items per day with coupons, my store manager says they accept only 4 coupons per day per customer. the policy says 4 like coupons not 4 items????? i really hate having to keep going back almost every day :)
